You must be a student of Bangladesh Air Force Shaheen College Dhaka to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms.

You shall not:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, networks, systems, or services.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawling tools except those we explicitly authorize.

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation.

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, share, or transmit using the Service.

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity) of any party;

• Be obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;

• Contain false or misleading information;

• Encourage or facilitate wrongdoing or illegal activity.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or disable access to content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, reliability, or accuracy.

In no event shall we, our moderators, Executives, Club representatives, or section representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or other losses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months in connection with the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SDITC and its moderators, Executives, Club representatives, section representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• your breach of these Terms,

• your use of the Service,

• your user content, or

• your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease, and we may delete or remove all your user content (or access thereto) from the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Indemnification, etc.) will survive.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

You access and use third-party sites at your own risk; you should review their terms and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
